Once and while a customer will receive the following error when trying to install PlanGuru from the link provided in their invoice.
This error is most likely being received because you already have an installation of PlanGuru on your workstation, which was your trial version.
If your looking to install the Machine License version, there is no need to re-install the application from the link provided on your invoice. The trial version is a fully functioning version that can be activated with the licensing information provided on your invoice.
If you've purchased and are installing the Network Edition of PlanGuru (on the same machine you installed the trial), resolve this issue by un-installing the trial version before attempting to install the Network Edition.
