A small number of users have reported a minor issue encountered while using the "Link to Excel" forecasting method. More specifically the issue relates to the inconsistent sizing of the "Select Period" window used to assign Excel links. This issue is caused by a Windows display setting called DPI. Here are the issue details:
In the Add/Change category tool the "Link to Excel" forecast method is selected, and a file is chosen using the brows menu.
A cell, or range of cells are then selected in the Excel Link Setup window, and the "Add" button is clicked
In the "Select Period" window the corresponding range of dates are checked, and the "OK" button is clicked to complete the link.
ISSUE: The second time the Select Period window is opened the time period field gets wider in the grid.
The third time this window is open the time period check-box is entirely out of the grid.
