PlanGuru Customers, here is a list of fixes and improvements that have been released as part of the 184.108.40.206 Update for PlanGuru 2013.
Reporting Non-Financial Items : When printing NF Items Report, if user selects to use periods from years 1 and 2 for their format option, an unhandled exception will occur. This has been fixed
Cash Flow Statement : The cash flow will be out of balance if an analysis has the following conditions: This issue has been fixed
- A category with a subclass of "current portion of ...."
- and the category was not setup using the note wizard
- and the category was not assigned a CF activity of Financing
- and user is using actual periods
Error on saving when analysis has a Gain(loss) category but no fixed asset category : If a user has set up an Gain(Loss) on disposal of asset category but no Categories set up in the Fixed Asset section of the balance sheet, when saving the analysis an error is generated. This issue has been fixed
Import Utility - Excel Import - Zero Balance Account option : When using the Excel import utility the "Import zero balance accounts" option wasn't working properly as zero balance accounts were still being imported into PlanGuru. This error has been fixed.
Reports Non-Financials - Categories formatted as %s don't properly print : When using the Print Non-Financial Items reports categories formatted as %s weren't displaying properly in the printed reports. This has been fixed.
Import Utility - Cannot alter original account mapping : When using the Excel import utility for companies that use account numbers, account mappings for "Cash and Cash Equivalents" and "Retained Earnings" couldn't be altered. This issue has been fixed.
Formula Forecast Method - NF Groupings issue : When a non-financial grouping was added to the bottom of the non-financial data sheet, the last category added to the grouping wasn't available when using the formula forecast method. This issue has been fixed.
Supporting Schedules - Totaling of Historical periods : When a supporting schedule is added to an analysis the supporting schedule total for historical periods didn't immediately sum. Instead the analysis had to be saved and re-opened for the historical totals to sum. This issue has been fixed.
Adjust Prior Period amount - Enter annual amount and allocate among interim periods : When using the Entered by user method and the "Enter an annual amount and allocate among periods" sub-option, WITH one or more periods marked as actual results, an issue was being encountered. Each time the user went back into that category the amount to be allocated would escalate by the difference between the partial year to be allocated and the full year amount placed in the dialog. This issue has been fixed.
Adjust prior period amount method - Calc Assumptions - "Use First Prior" : The "Use First Prior" calc assumptions button doesn't populate an adjustment percentages when the "Adjust Prior Period Amount" method is used. This issue has been fixed.
Reporting Options - Include Zero balance categories option is not working correctly : Using the "Include zero balance categories" reporting option previously wasn't working properly when reports were printed to Excel. Even after checking this option the reports didn't contain the zero balance categories. This issue has been fixed.
Rename Analysis does not work properly if the analysis is not saved on exiting PlanGuru : If a user renames an analysis and then exits PlanGuru or opens another analysis without explicitly saving the renamed analysis, the name within the projection is not changed to reflect the new name. When the user tries to re-open the renamed analysis, they will receive an error when PlanGuru tries to open the cross-reference file.
Consolidation Account Mask - issues when consolidation is created from within another consolidation : Users who have an account mask including delimiters encounter an issue defining their consolidation account mask when creating a new consolidation analysis from within another consolidation. (just to clarify, the issue doesn't occur when the user creates a consolidation from a regular detailed analysis, which is typically where users access this option from). When the consolidation is created from within the consolidation analysis the user can only define the first portion of the account mask, and cannot define the characters after the delimiter. This issue has been fixed
