You may have seen the changes we made to our forums page http://www.plangurucommunity.com/forum/. These updates were made for a number of reasons.
1. Help Desk tickets have replaced forum posts as the channel for requesting support.
2. We like the idea of having a support forum/knowledge base, but we felt that it was important to keep this offering tethered to our ticketing system.
Thus we introduce our Support Help Desk Knowledge Base. Our knowledge base posts are a way of sharing the causes and solutions to commonly encountered support inquiries. We hope that you are as excited about these changes as we are.
